Details:
We’ll work one-on-one to create a personalized plan to meet your individual health, nutrition and wellness goals on your terms.
Starting with an initial comprehensive intake session to focus on what brought you to where you are today, we’ll review your health history, any medically related issues & your goals. We may review any lab work that you provide and/or any other health related data that you have so that we can begin to strategize on a plan that will work best for your specific goals & needs.
In upcoming sessions we will work together to set specific goals, each with small actionable steps to achieve those goals & you'll be provided with personalized resources to support you in your journey.
You’ll also receive a comprehensive personalized Nutrition Program & Meal Plan (including recipes & a shopping list) that you'll receive at your third follow up session. This program is delivered as a ‘live’ document allowing for it be updated in future sessions as you make progress.
Also included is continued support between sessions - including the use of a HIPAA compliant, private online platform where you can directly message your provider to check in, send & receive documents tailored to your goals, record your food, mood & symptom logs, as well as receive direct feedback from your provider to help support you best on your journey & ultimately reach your goals.

Functional Lab Ordering & Review
We've partnered with Rupa Health to offer Functional lab testing that gets to the ROOT cause of what's REALLY going on in your body. From hormone to metabolic testing & everything in between!
Lab tests are vital for monitoring our health and identifying risk factors for preventable diseases. Getting lab work done at least once per year (sometimes more often, depending on your current health status) is recommended.
What’s Included:
Once your practitioner places your lab order, you'll receive an email from Rupa Health asking to confirm payment for your lab tests - payment for tests goes directly to the lab company.
You'll then receive instructions on where to bring your lab order to be drawn which can be done at various phlebotomists offices or you may schedule an appointment for a mobile phlebotomist as well.
Once the samples have been collected and sent back to the lab, your samples will be processed & the results will be sent directly to your practitioner, who will then contact you to schedule an appointment for review.
